This week the National Wheat Yield Contest project concludes with Solvent Retention Capacity (SRC) testing by Dr. Jayne Bock. Liman Liu focuses her attentions on the Wheat Quality Council project with bread baking in the Bake Lab. Internationally, Bon Lee is in Japan for additional sponge cake technical training. He also will meet up with Nippn, Nisshin, and the USW Japanese office.
