The technical team will focus on two product development projects this week for private customers. When counting the recent noodle project, the team will be utilizing the cracker line, tortilla line, noodle line and the bake lab – all in support of promoting new wheat foods! Also, Jayne is participating in a planning session for the Latin American CQ seminars and Janice will make a presentation to the USW Wheat Quality Committee.
