The team wraps up the month of April with a series of proprietary projects in the Bake Lab. Bon Lee works with Liman Liu and Andrew Mense in the bake lab, training them on the techniques he learned on his trip to Japan in December, working with Japanese style sponge cakes and evaluation methods. WMC Executive Director Mike Moran and the WMC Laboratory Services, Inc Board will meet on Thursday to vote in this year’s slate of Directors, plus discuss board recruitment, updates to lab services fee schedule, and the late fee policy.
