This week Mike travels to Washington D.C. for the U.S. Wheat Associates and National Association of Wheat Growers Winter Joint Board Meeting. The winter meeting provides opportunities for wheat growers and WMC to meet with legislative and administrative staff about subjects important to the U.S. wheat growing community. Dr. Jayne Bock attends meetings of The Cereals and Grain Association Experimental Milling Committee and Physical Testing Methods Committee. These technical committees set the standards for analytical methods used by research and analytical labs around the world to evaluate wheat and other grains.
