This week a grower and industry group sponsored by the North Dakota Wheat Commission will join us for a multi-day wheat educational tour. Attendees will participate in hands-on product demonstrations and quality evaluation tests and methods at Wheat Marketing Center. In addition, we lined up features speakers from US Wheat Associates and Columbia Grain International. The group will experience on-location tours and education with the Federal Grain Inspection Service, Shaver Transportation, United Grain Corporation Export Elevator, Marsee Baking, Dave’s Killer Bread and Classic Foods.
