This week WMC’s Executive Director Mike Moran travels to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for the U.S. Wheat Associates Summer Board Meeting. The summer meeting provides opportunities for the industry to meet and discuss topics impacting the wheat industry on a national and global level. On Tuesday of this week, the Montana FFA group returns for their annual tour of WMC and its live demonstrations. Their educational experience includes cracker and noodle line demonstrations in the Innovation Lab, a hands-on tortilla press activity in the Bake Lab, and live demonstrations of the Falling Number test and Extensograph in the Analytical Lab.
