This week WMC hosts visitors from CZL and ZENNOH in Japan, and a USW sponsored trade team from the Philippines. In addition to touring our labs and facilities to learn more about WMC’s analytical capabilities, these tours give trade teams an opportunity to sit down with WMC Executive Director, Mike Moran and learn more about the current year’s harvest in the Pacific Northwest (PNW). Over the next 7-8 weeks, more than 600 wheat samples will come through the doors of WMC. Real-time data analyzing this year’s soft white wheat harvest will be shared with our partners and the market to help facilitate data-driven buying decisions for the domestic and global markets.
