Also, U.S. Wheat Associates partners with WMC for the Korean Contracting for Wheat Value Workshop in Portland providing hands-on product testing and end-product evaluations and comparisons between U.S. wheat versus competitor wheat classes, illustrating the relationship between wheat quality specifications and end product outcomes.
