By now, many of you have heard the news that the search has begun for my successor. I plan to return home to California when the transition is complete, sometime in 2022. WMC Chair Bill Flory recently update the board and our stakeholders on the search process: “WMC has engaged with HR Partners to help manage the process. HR Partners (HRP) is a nationwide human resources consulting firm located in Topeka Kansas…. Application submission will open on January 3 and close January 21. The selection committee will then review the applicants and establish a pool of qualified individuals for initial interviews. We will conduct in person interviews with the final candidates in early March.” We encourage potential applicants to check our website in early January for more information.
On behalf of the entire WMC team, I wish all our friends a happy and safe holiday season. We will be here except for December 24 and 31, wrapping up research projects and preparing for the busy year to come.
