This week, WMC hosts a workshop for the member organization Women in Maritime Operations (WIMOs). WIMOs was founded in 2017 to advance and promote women in the maritime industry. Jennifer Riddle of Tidewater Barge Lines, and the PNW Chapter Vice President at WIMOs, organized this workshop to emphasize the important role that the Columbia/Snake River system plays in delivering wheat from inland farms to customers worldwide, and the vital work we do at WMC in service to farmers and buyers of U.S. grown wheat.
