This week the Pacific Northwest Grain and Feed Association visits Wheat Marketing Center to conduct “A Wheat Quality Workshop for Grain Elevators”. Participants will hear from WMC Executive Director, Mike Moran along with Technical Director, Dr. Jayne Bock and guest speakers from the Federal Grain Inspection Service and U.S. Wheat Associates. They will also tour the WMC analytical and bake labs to learn about wheat and flour quality testing.
