As wheat harvest continues in the PNW, so does the wheat sample intake at WMC for crop quality analysis as we enter week three. We will be involved in the Southeast Asia Contracting for Wheat Value Workshop organized by US Wheat Associates (USW), where WMC will offer a presentation and conduct a tour for milling and baking industry professionals from Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Later this week, we’re excited to host the Philippine Trade Team along with visitors from Nisshin, facilitated by USW. This visit is part of their trip to the US, which includes a tour of our facility and engagement with Executive Director Mike Moran to understand the current crop conditions and learn about our role in the crop quality testing processes.
