The PNW is at the halfway point for wheat harvest and our crop quality team continues receiving samples each week for processing, grading and testing. August is our busiest season for crop quality testing. Led by Operations Manager & Proprietary Projects Manager Liman Liu the team includes Laboratory Technicians Autumn Sicard and Andrew Choi, and Laboratory Assistants Kin Wong and Saksen Hathaway. Over 400 samples from Idaho, Oregon, and Washington have been catalogued already. Each week the test results and data collected from Wheat Marketing Center are compiled in a weekly report and shared globally with members of the wheat industry.
