The Oregon Wheat Commission hosts their annual grower tour this week. Participants will visit the Wheat Marketing Center to learn about our history, our connection and partnership with the Oregon Wheat Commission, and WMC’s role as an educational and research center in the wheat industry. They will tour the WMC Innovation Lab, Analytical Lab and Bake Lab. Participants will experience a demonstration of the Cracker Line and Analytical Lab equipment along with an overview of the sponge cake evaluation process.
