This week Office Administrator Brent Haugen attends the Wheat Foods Council (WFC) Annual Meeting in San Antonio, Texas. Brent will participate in the communication workshop as WMC’s representative. This portion of the workshop will be led by Dr. Erica Irlbeck, professor of agricultural education and communications at Texas Tech University. Executive Director Mike Moran and Technical Director Dr. Jayne Bock meet with USW staff in China to plan for an upcoming short course in May focused on new product development.
