This week, WMC Technical Director Dr. Jayne Bock participates as a guest lecturer at a baking workshop hosted by our partners at the OSU Food Innovation Center. Also, the team meets with the PNW state commissions to plan logistics for the upcoming harvest and crop quality survey. Executive Director Mike Moran attends the Korea Trade and Business Forum cohosted by Business Oregon and The Consulate General of the Republic of Korea, followed by the “Celebrate Trade” reception and dinner hosted by the Oregon Consular Corps.
