This week Executive Director Mike Moran travels to Phoenix, Arizona for the US Wheat Associates annual board meeting where he will present to the Wheat Quality Committee on ‘Wheat Quality Innovations and Programs.’ The technical team begins the annual bake testing for the Wheat Quality Council. Mike visits with Theresa Yoshioka from the Oregon Department of Agriculture.
