This week Wheat Marketing Center (WMC) welcomes participants from Washington Grain Commission Grain Growers Tour. WMC will lead participants through a Wheat Expert and Marketing Workshop that includes a presentation of WMC services, demonstrations of the Cracker and Noodle Line in the WMC Innovation Lab, and tours of the WMC Analytical and Baking Labs. The technical team begins testing and evaluating the product quality of the finalists in the National Wheat Yield Competition sponsored by the National Wheat Foundation.
