Wheat Marketing Center in partnership with the Pacific Northwest states of Idaho, Oregon, and Washington have collaborated and published this year’s Pacific Northwest Soft White Wheat Quality Report.
The report is compiled from sample testing and analysis conducted during and after harvest by Wheat Marketing Center. The report provides essential, objective information to help buyers learn about and make a more informed decisions about soft white wheat grown in the Pacific Northwest of the United States.
