In the winter months, agricultural and grower groups plan and organize for the coming season. At Wheat Marketing Center we prepare for the numerous trade teams, grower groups, industry seminars, and educational courses we hold in spring and summer. Our partners at The Wheat Foods Council holds its annual meeting this week. WMC will be closed on Monday February 17 in observance of Presidents Day.
