This week we were planning on welcoming another USW/Korea team for a Contracting for Wheat Value Workshop. Last year’s team is pictured here. WMC makes product in advance using different flour blends, which the team then evaluates. Instead of the workshop, WMC staff will focus on lab testing and research projects. We will also welcome back our Visiting Scholar, Ms. Yu-Ching Huang from CGPRDI in Taiwan. Yu-Ching has just returned to finish her research project related to whole wheat steamed bread. Welcome back Yu-Ching!
