Autumn initially joined WMC as a temporary laboratory assistant for the 2022 Crop Quality season and was hired as a full-time permanent employee in January 2023. She found a great interest in food science while working here and has decided to pursue a career in the field. She is also passionate about ecological conservation and is interested in finding a way to incorporate that into her food science work.

Autumn earned her Associate’s in Biology at Clark College and finished her Bachelor’s in Biology at Washington State University, Vancouver and is working towards her Master’s in Food Science at Kansas State University.
