Wheat Marketing Center and WMC Laboratory Services wants to provide you with the right resources to make it easy to work with us and our team.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY INFORMATION

When shipping samples, ingredients or other products to Wheat Marketing Center, please keep in mind the following:

• Shipments and deliveries can be sent to: Wheat Marketing Center, 1200 NW Naito Parkway, Suite 230, Portland, OR 97209
  • If you are using a delivery service that offers an option to include an email address for shipment notifications, please include your contact here at Wheat Marketing Center and/or info@wmcinc.org (contact number: 503-295-0823).
  • If you are in the Portland/Vancouver metro area and want to use a courier service, call Metro Courier at 503-225-1173.
• If you are shipping samples, make sure to notify our lab services team at lab@wmcinc.org.
  • We also ask you to include a description of the sample(s) with the delivery.
• If you are planning to have samples tested, include a filled-out Lab Services Order Form or fill out the Online Form.
• Shipments should be scheduled to arrive Monday-Friday, between 8:00am-3:30pm (PST).
• The building where we are located does not have a loading dock or a service elevator.
  • Larger trucks can park in front of the building and use the ramps to deliver inside.
  • Palleted deliveries will not fit in the elevator and will have to be broken down by the delivery driver.

BILLING/PAYMENT INFORMATION

• All invoices from both Wheat Marketing Center and WMC Laboratory Services are sent via email from accounting@wmcinc.org.
  • General billing questions can be made to the Office Administrator at accounting@wmcinc.org/503-295-0823
  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless special arrangements have been made with our organization.
  • If invoices are not paid within a specified period of time, you may encounter late fees.
• Payment of invoices can be conducted the following ways:
  • By Check and sent to 1200 NW Naito Parkway, Suite 230, Portland, OR 97209
    • Be sure to look closely at your invoice and make the check payable to correct entity.
  • Securely by Credit Card
    • Log onto www.wmcinc.org and click on the menu item Pay My Invoice. Be sure to have your invoice in front of you and a major credit card.
  • Pay Electronically
    • Refer to the information located on the lower right-hand corner of your invoice for ACH/wire information.
