The team returns to the Bake Lab this week to finish the baking and product evaluations for the Wheat Quality Council annual variety testing and evaluation. The board of directors Human Resource Committee meets this week. As the holidays approach, attention turns to inventory, and catching up on equipment maintenance and calibration in preparation for the new year and new projects. Many of the team are also taking some well-deserved time off before the new year begins. Just as a reminder that Wheat Marketing Center and its laboratories will be closed on Mondays, December 26th & January 2nd for the holiday break.
