This week we welcome the USW Korean team to the Wheat Marketing Center as we return to in-person technical training for a week-long Noodle Blending Short Course. The group is led by David Oh, Food Technologist with the U.S. wheat Associates Seoul Office and is comprised of representatives from two Korean flour mills and two large noodle companies. Results of their noodle evaluations will be shared on Friday with special guest Greg Caldwell, Honorary Korea Consul of Portland.
