This week staff prepare for upcoming tours, technical trainings, and IT updates happening in May and June. USW brings members of the Japan Flour Millers Association to WMC for a meeting and a tour led by WMC Executive Director Mike Moran and operations Manager Bon Lee. Japan is a valuable trade partner and one the most reliable importers of high quality U.S. grown wheat. The WMC team will also be hosting a group of 6th grade students from the Cottonwood School of Civics and Science. The program will consist of wheat education and demonstrations in the analytical, bake, and innovation Labs.
