Final editing and production of the 2023 PNW Soft White What Quality is completed this week, thanks to the work of the WMC technical team with support from the Idaho Wheat Commission, Oregon Wheat Commission, and Washington Grain Commission. WMC board committees meet this week in preparation for the fall board meeting at the end of the month including the Marketing & Promotions Committee and the Finance and Audit Committee. The technical team is in the lab this week working on the USW sponsored sponge cake testing method study.
