This week U.S. Wheat Associates hosts a group of quality assurance and manufacturing managers from several Japanese flour mills visiting Wheat Marketing Center for a tour and discussion of this year’s crop. With harvest concluding across the PNW, the team is now in the final week of sample collection and reporting. This week we begin the process of building final composites and end-product evaluation with steam breads.
