We are entering the fifth week of crop quality testing for the PNW crop. The crop looks very good as measured by protein, moisture and falling number, among other factors. Bon Lee continues to report weekly results and to provide virtual updates to customers in key markets. On the research side, Jayne and Ling are developing the work plan for the chlorination replacement study and finalizing publication of their soft white wheat for crackers research articles. WMC and USW are collaborating on the development of remote technical courses to fill the gap until customers can return to WMC for training and product development.
