This week at the Wheat Marketing Center we are busy finishing projects and preparing for the new year. Bon and his team are baking bread and cakes to evaluate end-product quality for the top NWYC samples and upcoming Wheat Quality Council meetings. Jayne and Andrew are also baking for both public and proprietary projects. Brent is preparing for the early January grower workshops with Idaho and Nebraska. Janice is meeting with Food Innovation Center Director Dr. Dave Stone together with a researcher from Chile.
