It is winter in Portland – gray skies and short days. We are addressing end-of-the-year business like annual calibrations, equipment maintenance, and TCK recertification, and preparing for the New Year. Staff are also busy testing new varieties for the annual Wheat Quality Council meeting and working on a proprietary tortilla project.
The office will be closed on December 25th and January 1st. We wish all of our friends around the world a happy and safe holiday season.
