As March draws to a close, WMC staff return their focus to research projects. Jayne will complete her report to the Oklahoma Wheat Commission on promising new varieties. The technical team will continue working on a tortilla project and collaborate with partner Food Innovation Center on a noodle run. Janice will participate in a discussion on improving the quality component in the National Wheat Yield Contest and we bid farewell to Paige Craig, former CQ intern and lab assistant.
