The video recording for the Contracting for Wheat Value Workshop for USW/China went very smoothly last week. We enjoyed having the 502 team with us for several days. This week the analytical work on the various flour samples continues in preparation for the test baking of the three products. Andrew delivers an interim report on the Tristate Chlorinated Cake Flour Alternatives study. Janice participates in a two-day virtual Grain Inspection Advisory Committee meeting. Proprietary research projects involve multiple end product making including noodles, tortillas and pizza.
