Grower workshops and tours continue this week as we welcome the Montana Wheat and Barely Commission. The group will spend time at WMC learning about quality evaluation, the noodle, tortilla and cracker pilot lines, and commercial product formulation. They will also meet with U.S. Wheat Associates, Food Innovation Center, and the Federal Grain Inspection Service. As part of the workshop, the group will visit Shaver Transportation, CET and Dave’s Killer Bread to understand where their wheat goes when it leaves the farm
