This week the team works on further testing and analysis for the RVA study being conducted for US Wheat Associates in collaboration with Dr. Andrew Ross, professor of cereal science at Oregon State University. As the team concludes work on this study, they lay the groundwork for a new and consistent methodology using the RVA tool for predicting flour performance in sponge cakes. Work continues as well on a number of proprietary projects. Mike heads to the annual Wheat Foods Council meeting being held in Austin Texas.
