This week the technical team continues their work on the mechanized folding method for sponge cakes and other soft white related research projects. Mike and Janice Cooper attend the Oregon Wheat Commission budget meeting, and the WMC board of directors will hold a zoom meeting with Mike as he moves into his new role as Executive Director. The Title Holding Company Board meets to discuss building issues and options. Later in the week, students from the Oregon State University College of Agricultural Sciences will be touring the facility and meeting with the technical team.
