The technical team continues research this week on projects related to soft wheat use in several products including cakes and crackers. Mike Moran is meeting with the team this week to begin a review of all the lab, milling and baking equipment as he continues to familiarize himself with the wide range of capabilities at Wheat Marketing Center. Mike and technical director Jayne Bock  continue to attend weekly crop condition updates in preparation for the extensive crop quality testing that will begin in later in the summer as the wheat is harvested.
