This week Bon is traveling to Kansas City to participate in the annual Wheat Quality Council meeting. WMC is one of the cooperating labs that analyzes new HRW and HRS varieties being considered for release. Back in Portland, the staff is working on tortilla and bread research projects, continuing the Spring Clean, and preparing for all the activities coming our way in March.
