This week we host a visit from Zen-noh Grain Corporation and Nippn Corporation. Our guests meet with both Operations Manager Bon Lee and Assistant Operations Manager Liman Liu to discuss the upcoming harvest and crop quality testing. Later in the week, US Wheat Associates’ creative agency Middle joins us to record the work of the technical team in the lab. The focus of this project is to capture elements of the crop quality process, varied testing processes, and end product testing such as sponge cakes, steamed bread, pan bread, cookies, and noodles.
