This week WMC hosts a Southeast Asian Bakery Team organized by U.S. Wheat Associates on Tuesday. WMC regularly hosts international teams of buyers, millers, and food manufacturers during the harvest season to provide up to date information about crop conditions and the value advantage of U.S. grown wheat in a wide range of foods around the world. The crop quality team continues to receive, process, and test samples coming in from different areas of the Pacific Northwest. The administrative team consisting of Mike Moran, Brent Haugen, and accountant Lisa Eads finish the year-end close and begin preparing for the annual audit.
