This week Wheat Marketing Center hosts two Wheat Quality Workshops for registered Pacific Northwest Grain and Feed Association members. Along with field trips to a local commercial bakery and export terminal, attendees will hear from presenters including US Wheat Associates and WMC’s Technical Director Dr. Jayne Bock. She and the technical team will provide information, education and/or demonstrations on the different wheat classes & varieties, wheat & flour quality testing, and the impact of wheat and flour quality on processing and finished products.
