This week, Shinhak (David) Oh, USW Food/Bakery Technologist will bring a team of professionals from Korea to our center for a Noodle Blending Short Course. This week-long training is a hands-on course taught by the Wheat Marketing Center Technical Team. The course uses WMC’s pilot-scale noodle line to provide you with a better understanding of noodle formulation, processing technology, evaluation techniques, and the functionality of food ingredients in Asian noodle applications.
