This week Andres Saturno, Technical Manager USW Santiago office and two technical staff from the new laboratory in Chile will be meeting and touring with us, along with NCI in Fargo and IGP in Kansas. This fact-finding tour will help to build a better understanding of the crop quality process including testing and flour analysis. In addition to this, to gain an understanding of the impact of different flour blends for end products and goal setting with proprietary clients. We welcome these professionals to WMC and value this growing partnership.
