This week, Technical Director Dr. Jayne Bock and Executive Director Mike Moran are off to their respective countries for the in-person Crop Quality (CQ) Seminars organized by U.S. Wheat Associates (USW). Dr. Bock was invited to speak on the North Asia CQ seminar tour and Executive Director Moran the South American tour. USW partners with WMC and other industry partners to help communicate supply, demand and crop quality information to wheat buying and milling groups, the annual seminars around the globe. Back at the center, the technical team works on the creation and end-product testing for the National Wheat Yield Contest winning samples.
