This week, Technical Director Dr. Jayne Bock and Executive Director Mike Moran discuss potential programs and research with U.S. Wheat Associates (USW) under the new USDA Regional Agricultural Promotion Program (RAPP). Moran travels to Lubbock, Texas for an industry forum on USDA AMS grading and auditing programs at the invitation of Deputy Administrator Arthur Neal of the U.S. Department of Agriculture Federal Grain Inspection Service. The technical team works on milling, testing, and analysis process for the National Wheat Yield Contest winning samples.
