This week the laboratories are busy with various proprietary projects. Later in the week, Operations Manager Liman Liu and some of the other technical team work on Japanese sponge cake baking and evaluations for the Wheat Quality Council (WQC). Part of the mission of the WQC is to evaluate the quality of soft wheat experimental lines and cultivars. This ongoing partnership is one example of how this organization works with Wheat Marketing Center and its continued work with soft wheats and end-product testing and evaluation.
