Congratulations to Bon Lee on his 23 years of service to the Wheat Marketing Center! His contributions are many and diverse, including his leadership of the annual crop quality project. WMC received its first samples from the 2021 PNW harvest last week, earlier than normal. The first weekly report will be published on Monday, July 26. Additional virtual crop updates are scheduled for this week: North Dakota will preview its crop and USW is organizing an update for Korean customers. Also this week, new grain traders from Columbia Grain will tour WMC (in person!) to gain a wider view of quality testing and customer requirements.
