WMC’s new research report on Chlorinated Cake Flour Alternatives has been released and is available for review here. This study, funded by the PNW wheat/grain commissions, was conducted at the request of Philippine customers. This week at WMC, Jayne and her team continue work on a multi-phase baking project and another study involving the Mixolab. Bon and his team are expecting the first samples to arrive for the annual CQ project.
